The denim brand of the Veneto-based Italian Fashion Box group ended the 2022 financial year with growth of 18.3% compared to 2021, for sales of €339.6 million and an Ebitda margin of 15%.


“The year 2022 recorded an excellent performance, marking a further acceleration in our growth rates,” commented Matteo Sinigaglia, CEO of Fashion Box SpA. “Our goal today is to continue with the strategy we have already embarked on in terms of product innovation and the investment of significant resources in communicating the brand’s values, and to maintain the positions we have gained, obviously bearing in mind the macroeconomic and geopolitical scenarios in which we are operating”.

Fashion Box is present with its Replay, Replay&Sons and We Are Replay brands in 50 countries worldwide, in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Latin America and Africa. The distribution network comprises 138 single-brand shops, 223 corners and shops-in-shops and more than 4,000 multi-brand shops. Over 90% of sales are generated outside Italy.
