Moschino has set up shop at the Galeries Lafayette’s Champs-Elysées branch in Paris. The Italian luxury label, which will soon fête its 40th anniversary with a major show in Milan, scheduled on September 21, has strengthened its presence in Paris by opening a pop-up store in the department store’s ground-floor atrium.

The Moschino pop-up store will remain open during the fashion week period, until Sunday October 1, and it won’t go unnoticed. Two rows of giant gold-coloured letters forming the word ‘Moschino’ intersect in the shape of a cross, splitting up the 31-square-metre pop-up space in four distinct areas, each themed around a different colour: fuchsia pink, brown, denim blue and black.
Visitors will be able to browse through a selection of ready-to-wear items and accessories for women and men from the Moschino Logo collection for Fall/Winter 2023-24.
The label, which parted ways with Creative Director Jeremy Scott in March, had opened other pop-up stores in the French capital in the past. For example, at the Printemps department store, where in July it also opened a retail corner featuring the new Mo5ch1no Jeans line, a contemporary take on denim products and on the label’s long-established Moschino Jeans line.
In Paris, Moschino also operates a flagship store at 255 rue Saint-Honoré.
